Our humble beginnings began with a desire to innovate and deliver results for brands selling their products in retail in the UK. Passionate about retail, our founder, Victoria, realised she could be more effective helping brands succeed by working outside of the constraints of a big agency environment.

As such Channel Assist was born.

Passionate about retail, our founder, Victoria, realised she could be more effective helping brands succeed by working outside of the constraints of a big agency environment.

As such Channel Assist was born.

In the early days Channel Assist represented brands to sell their products into retail by working closely with retailer teams to agree ranging, stock profiling and marketing plans. The successes achieved meant we quickly needed to find ways to support our clients to promote the sales of the products we had managed to successfully place.

Gradually we built our integrated service proposition to create a range of services spanning field marketing, merchandising, compliance and installation with specific expertise in consumer electronics, technology and travel retail. By combining these in innovative ways, investing in training and development, and  embracing new technologies and digital tools, we now successfully market, promote and sell brands in retail for our clients.

Our mission when we started out was to innovate, deliver results and to make other people as passionate about retail as we are.

And that is still our mission today.
